About Me
I received a J.S.D. from the UC Berkeley School of Law in 2026, where I was awarded the Lloyd M. Robbins Fellowship and served as a Fellow at the UC Berkeley Center for Law, Economics, and Politics. During my doctoral studies, I also served on the Executive Board of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal.
I also hold an LL.M. from UC Berkeley and a Master of Laws from the University of Chile. My thesis at the University of Chile was recognized by the Chilean Association of Intellectual Property (ACHIPI) for its significant contribution to the advancement of intellectual property law. Additionally, I hold an LL.B. from the University of Novi Sad in Serbia.
My research focuses on the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence, comparative law, the intersection of technology, regulation, and speech, and the institutional design of technology. My publications have appeared in the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and Michigan Technology Law Review, among others.
